There's an awful lot on the horizon for my documentary Don't Call Me Ismail. After a successful summer of 2012 filming all across Turkey, I'll be returning in May to complete filming! I'm currently darting across the country to film new interviews with Turks in the US for their amazing stories.

I just returned from the Slamdance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, with some very exciting news. The documentary Bible Quiz, a coming-of-age story of a young teenage girl in competitive Bible quiz, won the Grand Jury Award for feature documentary at the festival. I've been helping with pos-production for this film since over a year ago, and it was an amazing experience, being in Utah to support the film!
